Service Overview

Roseau is a personal AI assistant designed to help users record daily context, maintain personal services, receive timely suggestions, and make clearer decisions.

Roseau provides decision support. It does not replace the user, make binding decisions for the user, or provide professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Accounts and Availability

Some features require an account, internet access, and user-authorized integrations such as Google, Gmail, Calendar, Notion, or Apple push notifications.

Roseau v1.0 beta is offered for global regions excluding mainland China. Features may change during beta as we improve reliability and product scope.

Subscriptions and Billing

Roseau may offer paid subscription plans such as Roseau Pro. Pricing, subscription period, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are shown in the Apple App Store purchase flow.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

• The actual price and billing period are the values shown by the App Store at purchase time.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by Apple.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal, but does not automatically delete your Roseau account or personal data.

AI Output and User Responsibility

Roseau uses AI systems to summarize context, generate assistant responses, classify records, create reminders, and suggest possible next actions.

AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions, confirming sensitive actions, and deciding whether to act.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of Roseau is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how AI processing works, and how to request export or deletion.

You should only connect integrations and submit content that you have the right to use with Roseau.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Roseau or use it to harm others, bypass security, violate laws, or interfere with the service.

• Do not submit illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Roseau systems.
• Do not use Roseau to send spam, commit fraud, or perform unauthorized actions.

Third-Party Services

Roseau may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, AI models, push notifications, and optional integrations.

When you use the iOS app, Apple terms and Apple payment rules may also apply. Where applicable, Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the downloaded app.

Changes and Termination

We may update Roseau, these Terms, or the available features. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or other reasonable channels.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms or creates risk for other users or the service.
